Bilingual Account Specialist

Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Represent our clients by providing excellent sales through inbound &/or outbound phone opportunities of new and renewed extended service plans
  • Process credit card and check orders
  • Data Entry and process payments for all sales made daily
  • Communicate with customers through phone and email and possess excellent follow up skills
  • Work with a team to reach weekly and monthly sales goals

Prerequisites include but not limited to the following:

  • Computer Skills: Must possess ability to navigate through several programs/systems simultaneously, including browsers, email, script and proprietary database software: all while on the line speaking with customers
  • Data Entry accuracy is a Must
  • Attention to Detail is a Must
  • Organizational and Multitasking skills are a Must
  • Character: Integrity and the ability to work in a team environment are a must
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
  • Focus: Positive attitude, the ability to work with a team and the desire to succeed with self-motivation

Job Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

  • Answer inbound sales calls &/or make outbound sales call, respond to emails
  • Contact customers by phone and email
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Provide customers with product and service information through a sales script
  • Process orders, forms and applications
